In order for us to aptly process your reservations, we advise placing your request a minimum of 30 to 45 days prior to your travel date. All reservations are subject to availability. If you are making last minute booking, kindly call us right away so we can check if your required service can be provided. Last minute reservations have no guarantee but we will surely check for openings to accommodate you. Otherwise, we will offer alternatives and suggestions.
Royal Hawaiian Limousine is a child, elderly, and disabled-friendly company. Any disability requiring special attention should be reported at the time of booking. RHL will make all reasonable attempts to accommodate the needs of disabled passengers.
Special Note About Special Care:
While we will do our best to accommodate passengers with special needs, we will not discriminate against those customers who do not require assistance. We will also not provide complimentary extra services beyond that which would be required to satisfactorily provide the contracted service.
- Full payments for services must be received prior to service. We accept credit cards. Credit cards accepted are VISA and MASTER CARD.
- All payments are subject to a 25% credit card service charge in the event of cancellation.
For international charges/payments to Royal Hawaiian Limousine LLC are denominated in US Dollars (US$) when charged.
Full payment for services must be received prior to service.
- Cancellations for regular services must be made at least 2 days prior to the day of service and will result in a 15% credit card charge (Merchant Charge) for regular reservations and 2 weeks cancellation notice for proms, concert transfers, weddings and any other reservations. Reservations that are placed shorter than 2 weeks prior to the day of service are final sales and are not refundable and non cancel-able. Any cancellation for proms, concert transfers, weddings and any other reservations should be at least two weeks in advance and shorter than two weeks is not refundable and non cancel-able. For Ultra luxury Mercedes Benz Limousine minimum cancellation for proms, weddings and concerts are 2 weeks and for airport transfers are one week minimum cancellation required. For cancellations placed less than a week there will be no refund.
- No shows will incur full charges. NO REFUND.
- Claims for refunds must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of service.
- All reservations ( Tours and Airport Transfers ) made by third parties such as travel agencies or online marketers are not cancellable and not refundable. Please read your contract and third party policies carefully.
- We will accept cancellation for regular transfers (not stretch limousine and luxury vehicles) up to 48 hours prior to the date of service with % 15 cancellation fees. This fee will cover 2 charges for the 2 transaction (reservation and cancellation) which was made by you. Reservation which was made within 48 hours before date of service are all final sales and are not refundable.
All cancellations must be made via e-mail.
Tour Cancellation Policy:
All tours are subject to advance charge and purchase. Cancellation should be requested at least 2 weeks in advance to receive 85% refund. Less than 2 weeks there is no refund. Tour packages sold within 2 weeks of the service date are all final sale.
Waiting Fee Policy:
Please be advised!
You must be at the agreed pick up location on time, otherwise a Waiting Fee will be applied. The waiting fee charge will be calculated based on the vehicle that you have reserved. If by chance we upgraded your vehicle, the waiting fee will be based on the original vehicle reserved.
Prom cancellation should be at least two weeks prior to prom date to receive 80% refund. Cancellation less than 2 weeks no refund. Any reservation within two weeks of service date are final sales and is non-cancelable and non-refundable.
- All refunds will be credited to your account within 2 to 4 weeks after cancellation date.
- If you need to change your tour date because of a change in schedule, there will be no extra charge for you; however, all changes are subject to availability.
Additional Provision of Service:
- Royal Hawaiian Limousine may change the previously reserved vehicle types should problems or delays arise. Higher-priced vehicle upgrades are complementary. Price difference for vehicle downgrades will be refunded to your account.
